Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically set by the printers and calculated based on their location, the delivery location (where you are shipping the products to), weight of the products, and speed of delivery. Where available, priority and standard shipping are offered.

For international orders, Slow Mornings Co. is not responsible for customs taxes or fees. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying these.

Production

Once your order is placed, the printer is notified. Because Slow Mornings Co. utilizes print-on-demand services, there is typically a 2-7 day production window before the product(s) ship.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, the shipping time depends on the products, your location, and the printer. Please refer to the points below.

⏺ Domestic priority shipping is 2-3 business days. While international priority shipping is 3-5 business days.
⏺ Standard domestic shipping on notebooks is 6-10 business days.
⏺ Shipping on sweatshirts is 2-5 business days.

*Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please account for extra time during the peak holiday season (Christmas) to allow for items to arrive in time.
*Also be aware that items can sometimes get held up in customs for an unknown amount of time. As much as we want your items to arrive to you quickly, Slow Mornings Co. is not responsible for what happens at customs.

Tracking

Most, if not all, production companies will issue a tracking number. Once we receive notification that a tracking number has been created, you are automatically updated via email. This is included with standard shipping.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Slow Mornings Co. does not offer refunds, changes, or cancellations. Slow Mornings Co. is also not responsible for any mis-deliveries, missing packages, or other issues incurred with the shipping carrier.
