Be Centered – Wrap Up
Hey! How are you feeling?
We’ve been on this journey for six whole days! (Or seven technically?) Can you believe it? And you’ve come so far in that time! (Even if you are still catching up!)
I hope you know now, that your power has never been anywhere else but within you this whole time. It just sometimes get buried away underneath all of the programming that we receive as we go about our lives. You never gave it away. It was never taken from you. It has always been within you.
And now you have your power at hand as you move through this storm.
These 6 days were just a glimpse at the ways you could apply these tools. And I hope you do keep applying them. Keep using them. Keep giving yourself permission and keep uncovering. Because these tools are the foundations for showing up in your business.
If your cup isn’t filled up, then you have nothing to pour from. If you aren’t able to bring yourself back to center, the bumps along the path of entrepreneurship are going to throw you from your vehicle and it is going to take longer to recover from them. If you aren’t using these tools to care for yourself, you will get burnt out. The way society tells you to do entrepreneurship and run a business, the hustle and pushing, isn’t sustainable and you will get burnt out, get hurt – and then have to quit for your health.
I know, because I did that to get through grad school and it is part of why I am no longer pursuing social work. And I’ve seen it in the business, entrepreneurship spheres. I started selling jewelry on Etsy back in like 2013 or so. I’ve been around for a bit.
But the pushing and hustling aren’t the only ways to do business. And you already have the foundation for doing it differently – taking care of yourself and returning to center. Let’s build upon that foundation.
